Cyrus Cosmetics — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website cyruscosmeticsfresno.net, our online booking tools, and in-clinic services provided by Cyrus Cosmetics — Medical Spa (“Cyrus Cosmetics,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site, booking, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Medical Disclaimer

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian) to receive services.
  • Our website content is for information only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified provider for diagnosis or treatment. Results vary by individual.
  • Contraindications (e.g., pregnancy, active infection, certain medications such as isotretinoin) may preclude treatment at our clinical discretion.

2) Appointments, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

  • Appointments are required. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any forms.
  • Late arrivals may shorten your session or require rescheduling to respect other clients’ time.
  • Cancellations/Reschedules: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposit per the policy shown at booking checkout.

3) Payments, Deposits & Refunds

  • We accept common payment methods shown at checkout. Some services may require a deposit to hold your time.
  • Services: Because outcomes are individualized and time is reserved, services rendered are generally non-refundable.
  • Products: Unopened, unused retail items may be eligible for exchange per posted policy and within the timeframe specified on the receipt.
  • Promotions, packages, and gift cards are non-transferable and may not be combined unless stated.

4) Pricing, Promotions & Changes

  • Prices, menus, promotions, and provider availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Limited-time offers are valid only within stated dates and while supplies last. Additional terms may apply.

5) Photos, Before/After & Consent

  • With your written consent, Cyrus Cosmetics may capture clinical photos for documentation and, optionally, de-identified marketing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us.
  • You are responsible for informing your provider if you do not wish to be photographed for marketing purposes.

6) User Accounts & Site Use

  • You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials.
  • Prohibited uses include: unlawful activity, scraping, interfering with site operations, or uploading harmful code.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected misuse.

7) Intellectual Property

  • All site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, trademarks) is owned by Cyrus Cosmetics or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

8) Third-Party Links & Tools

Our site may reference third-party websites, maps, widgets, or booking/payment tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use at your discretion and review their terms and privacy policies.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
